Muhammad Ibrahim takes oath as Chief Justice Peshawar High Court

Justice Muhammad Ibrahim has taken oath as the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Haji Ghulam Ali administered the oath of Muhammad Ibrahim, who was also present on the occasion.

Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan was appointed as the acting Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court after former Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Musarrat Hilali was sworn in as a judge of the Supreme Court last month.

The judicial commission had recommended the appointment of Justice Muhammad Ibrahim as chief justice of the Peshawar High Court.

On the recommendation of the Judicial Commission, President Dr. Arif Alvi approved the appointment of Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan as the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court.
