Renowned religious scholar and cleric Maulana Tariq Jameel has strongly condemned the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden.
In a statement issued on Twitter, Maulana Tariq Jameel wrote that the burning of the Holy Quran in Sweden is highly condemnable. Such blasphemous actions from time to time under the guise of freedom of expression are not acceptable in any way.
He wrote that all Muslim countries must come together and raise this incident at the global level and take full steps to prevent them.
It should be noted that strong protests and demonstrations are going on in Other Islamic countries, including Pakistan, against the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden.
