‘Nawaz Sharif received COVID jab in Lahore’

Government data indicates that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif was partially vaccinated against the novel Coronavirus at Government Kot Khawaja Saeed Hospital in Lahore in September.

The former prime minister’s COVID-19 vaccine status was obtained by Minute Mirror, which revealed that ‘he’ had received the first dosage of Sinovac-CoronaVac on September 22 and would be summoned for the second dose on October 20, 2021.

According to sources, a vaccinator identified as Naveed Altaf entered Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supreme leader’s details into the portal.

Furthermore, sources have stated that the District Health Authority’s vaccination staff were making a haul by entering fraudulent vaccination data without even injecting the vaccine.

Sources also state that thousands of people’s data was falsely entered on a regular basis.

Meanwhile, the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has instructed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to take action against people engaged in the preparation of false COVID vaccination certificates.

Moreover, after the development came to light, the NCOC removed the vaccination record in question.
