Pakistan’s star javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem is highly optimistic about a good performance during his stint in the upcoming World Championship in Hungary.
Arshad and his coach Salman Butt will depart for Hungary on August 20 (Saturday night) to take part in the event. The javelin throw qualifying round will be on August 25 with the final to be played on August 27.
This is the third time that Arshad will be playing in the World Championship.
Arshad stated, “I am feeling well and InshaAllah will try to achieve the desired result.”
He also mentioned if he can achieve his all-time best throw then he can pull off gold in Hungary.
Asrahd is also satisfied with the way he was looked after by the PSB Coaching Centre Lahore administration.
Arshad gets popularity when he finished fifth in the Tokyo Olympics, the day that changed the entire life of the athlete.
