Phoebe Dynevor exits Netflix series ‘Bridgerton’ ahead of season 3

Daphne Basset will accompany her husband off-screen as Phoebe Dynevor leaves the popular Bridgerton Netflix series before Season 3.

In a Sundance Film Festival interview with Screenrant, Dynevor made it known she will not be making an appearance in the upcoming season but added that she might make an appearance in a later season. Only five episodes of Season 2 featured the Duchess of Hastings.

Dynevor stated, “Unfortunately not in season three. In the future, perhaps but I’m just eager to watch season three as a viewer.”

After Season 1, Regé-Jean Page, who portrayed her husband, the Duke of Hastings, left the show.

In addition to Alden Ehrenreich, Dynevor is presently marketing her part in the erotic thriller film Fair Play. They portray a young couple whose marriage begins to fall apart after receiving an unexpected promotion at a competitive hedge fund firm.

The movie will premiere on Netflix at a future date.
