Police have arrested the spokesman of former Punjab Chief Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Chaudhry Parvez Elahi.
Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s spokesman Iqbal Chaudhry reached the sessions court in connection with the former chief minister’s appearance.
Police arrested Iqbal Chaudhry from the premises of the sessions court.
On the other hand, the Anti-Corruption Police will produce PTI President Parvez Elahi in the court of Duty Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Afzal today, where his physical remand will be requested.
It may be recalled that yesterday the court acquitted Parvez Elahi in the case of corruption in development projects, soon after which the police arrested him in another case.
