Clashes have reportedly broken out between police and Balochistan Employees Union who had been protesting close to the Chief Minister’s House in Quetta.
In a social media video shared online, a heavy contingent of police can be seen clad in riot gear who appear to have cordoned off a road by erecting barricades. They appear to fire tear gas shells at the protestors, who the poster claims, had attempted to surround the chief minister’s house. A few policemen appear to carry lethal weapons as well, however they did not open fire at the protestors or anywhere else.
