Police, protestors clash near Balochistan CM House

Video shared online shows police fired tear gas shells at protesters of Balochistan Employees Union

Clashes have reportedly broken out between police and Balochistan Employees Union who had been protesting close to the Chief Minister’s House in Quetta.

In a social media video shared online, a heavy contingent of police can be seen clad in riot gear who appear to have cordoned off a road by erecting barricades. They appear to fire tear gas shells at the protestors, who the poster claims, had attempted to surround the chief minister’s house. A few policemen appear to carry lethal weapons as well, however they did not open fire at the protestors or anywhere else.
