PTI extends its warm congratulations to Qazi Faiz Isa as he took on the role of the 29th Chief Justice of Pakistan. In a heartfelt statement shared on social media, PTI expresses its sincere hope that Chief Justice Qazi will diligently protect the fundamental rights of all citizens while upholding the core principles of justice.

“We have complete confidence that our newly appointed Chief Justice will fulfill all the requirements of justice as prescribed by the Constitution and the law. A just and equitable society thrives when these principles are upheld,” PTI emphasizes in its message.

The statement emphasizes a fundamental truth: societies lacking access to justice often suffer grave consequences. The judiciary plays a crucial role in safeguarding the fundamental rights of citizens and ensuring that justice is accessible to all.

The PTI spokesperson underscores that PTI is a party firmly grounded in its commitment to the rule of law, with a deep-seated belief in upholding the supremacy of the law and the highest standards of justice and equity. Throughout PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s 27-year political journey, the nation has consistently been encouraged to uphold the Constitution and adhere to the rule of law at every step.

PTI called for the protection of constitutional rights, placing a special emphasis on the welfare of women who find themselves as political prisoners in detention. They fervently argue that addressing this issue should be a top priority for the Chief Justice of Pakistan.

Furthermore, the statement earnestly requested attention to cases involving forcibly disappeared individuals, seeking the compassionate intervention of the Chief Justice in resolving these troubling matters.

PTI reaffirmed its unwavering support for the newly elected Chief Justice, highlighting its strong commitment to upholding the fundamental rights of all citizens and the enduring supremacy of democracy and the Constitution.
