Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to challenge the arrest of Chairman Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case in the Supreme Court.
The PTI spokesman said that another black spot was put on the forehead of the justice system through the Toshakhana case, in the worst trial in history, an attempt was made to kill justice.
A PTI spokesman said that the sessions court’s decision is the worst example of political vendetta, engineering.
Islamabad Sessions Judge Humayoun Dilawar sentenced Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan to three years in jail and imposed a fine of Rs100,000 on him for concealing facts in the Toshakhana case.
After the court order, the police arrested Imran Khan from his residence Zaman Park in Lahore and the police took him to Islamabad.
PTI stated from its official twitter handle, “The decision of the Kangaroo Court of Dilawar was not yet received by anyone in the court, but the Lahore Police was already there to kidnap the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf.”

It further added, “Chairman Imran Khan did not resist every process from the beginning of the case to the trial and from the trial to the abduction is illegal. This whole process shows how much the mastermind of the London plan is afraid of Imran Khan and every illegal tactic was tried for this ridiculous trial and kidnapping. Insha Allah, Imran Khan and Tehreek-e-Insaf will come out successfully from the people’s court in this exam as well and will also win the legal battle.”
