During the singing of the famous song “Woh Humsafar Tha”, Quratulain Balouch, a popular singer, revealed after a decade after its release that she made many mistakes while recording the song.

Quratulain Balouch sang “Wo Humsafar Tha” in 2011. The mentioned ghazal was written by Nasir Turabi, and Abida Parveen also performed the same ghazal.

The song “Wo Humsafar tha” was also included in the popular drama “Humsafar,” and like the song, the drama also gained immense popularity.

Although Quratulain Balouch had started her singing career before “Wo Humsafar Tha,” it was after this song that she gained fame, and she quickly became a star.

After more than a decade after the song’s release, Quratulain Balouch confessed that she made numerous mistakes while recording the song in the studio.

Recently, Quratulain Balouch participated in “Hasna mana hai” where she openly talked about various matters, including her singing career. When asked a question, she mentioned that she has been living in the United States for a considerable time, which is why she comfortably distinctively speaks English.

According to her, her father was in the Pakistan Army, leading to frequent relocations that allowed her to explore the entire country.

When questioned about her marital status, Quratulain Balouch shared that she hasn’t found a suitable match yet, and finding a good match has become even more challenging in recent times.

During the program, she revealed that some of her songs became so popular that she was recognized by two Jewish women admirers in America, who identified her as a Pakistani singer.

Responding to a question, Quratulain Balouch mentioned that she didn’t anticipate the immense popularity of her song “Wo Humsafar Tha.”

She stated that at the time when the song gained popularity, she couldn’t comprehend what was happening around her because she was aware of the mistakes she had made during the recording of the song.

She confessed that just like actors make mistakes during shooting and are aware of their errors, she also knew her mistakes while recording the song. Despite that, the song became widely loved and appreciated.
