Ramiz Raja, the former chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), will return as a pundit for the next Test series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, slated for this month. Raja, who is well known for his proficiency in commentary, will offer viewpoints and analyses throughout the series.

On Thursday, Raja tweeted about the aforementioned development.

He and other PCB members were removed from office after just a year, however, ending his term and resulting in the creation of a management committee made up of 14 people under the leadership of Najam Sethi.

Raja continued to post content to his YouTube account after being fired, although he didn’t comment on the eighth PSL season or Pakistan’s home series against New Zealand.

On July 16, the Galle International Cricket Stadium will host the opening game of the Pakistan-Sri Lanka series. The second Test will be played in Colombo from July 24 to July 28 at the Singhalese Sports Club once the two sides go there.

Sri Lanka trip itinerary for Pakistan:

  • First Test at the Galle International Cricket Stadium, 16–20 July.
  • Second Test, July 24-28, Singhalese Sports Club, Colombo.
