Sajal Aly thanks director Nadeem Baig after finale of ‘Sinf-e-Aahan’

Popular drama serial ‘Sinf-e-Aahan’ based on the life of female cadets has finally come to an end, leaving the entire team of the serial quite emotional, for according to them, the serial was a tough journey which demanded that they work very hard.

Although the serial kept oscillating between two extreme kinds of criticism throughout its airing span, with some loving it for its progressive approach and some not finding the script strong enough and happening, the cast members and the crew kept the audience posted about the efforts that went into the making of ‘Sinf-e-Aahan’, time and again making the public realize that it was not an easy journey at all.

With ‘Sinf-e-Aahan’ now having come to its end, similar varying views are making it to the headlines once again, with one segment of the society expressing happiness that the serial, which according to them was a bit too dragged, has finally winded up, and one segment showing sadness at the fact that a star-studded project featuring the likes of Yumna Zaidi, Sajal Aly and Syra Yusuf has ended. The latter group includes the drama’s team members as well, who are now sharing how emotionally attached they were to the project.

Sajal Aly, who played the character of Rabia Safeer in the serial posted a photo with the director Nadeem Baig from the sets of the serial. The photo that showed the two hugging each other carried the following caption along, as written by Sajal Aly: “Thank you, Nadeem Baig for giving me the space and the environment where the actor can live through the character to the best of their abilities. You are the real hero of ‘Sinf-e-Aahan’ for us.”

The director also responded to the statement, saying: “It’s your hard-work, Sajal Aly, but thank you so much….working with you is an absolute pleasure….jeety raho (live long).”
