Saudi crown prince’s visit to Pakistan has been called off

The upcoming visit of Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman (MBS) to Islamabad has been cancelled.

According to reports, MBS who was scheduled to visit Pakistan on November 21 has cancelled the visit and the new dates of the trip will be announced later.

The scheduling process of the next visit of the Saudi Crown Prince to Pakistan has been continued and new dates will be announced later.

MBS was expected to visit Pakistan after completing his participation in the 17th G20 Heads of State and Government Summit in Bali.

The 17th G20 Heads of State and Government Summit has been scheduled on November15-November 16 in Bali. The Indonesian island will host the most strained edition of the G20 or Group of 20 nations.

However, now it has been informed that after completing his visit to Bali MBS will travel back to Saudi Arabia because the visit to Pakistan has been delayed.

Investment in different sectors especially the oil refinery sector have been expected during the visit along with an additional bailout package of $4.2 billion for Pakistan.
