On the occasion of Mother’s Day yesterday, our celebrities posted their mandatory yearly photos to honour the efforts of their mothers. From a plethora of Mother’s Day special snaps, here are a selected few which in our opinion were the best.
Sanam Baloch
Actress and host Sanam Baloch shared a bunch of lovely photos along with her daughter, taking pride in her own role of a mother which she just recently assumed after taking a break from showbiz to focus on her matrimonial life. “Happy Proud Mother” was how Baloch’s hashtag went, with a caption that said: “When I hold you, life makes sense.”
Maya Ali
Amongst the multiple photos uploaded by Maya Ali, the one that showed her hugging her mother while laughing got admired the most. Maya had also penned a lengthy caption along, saying that whatever she is, it is because of her mother’s efforts and that she wants her to stay with her like this for the rest of her life.
Mawra Hocane
The ‘Sabaat’ fame actress posted a cute photo along with her mother, with both posing in a classy balcony, with a caption by Mawra that said: “Happy Mother’s Day sweet girl! Love you forever and ever.”
Minal Khan
Minal Khan honoured her mother on her special day by sharing a photo from her Barat, showing her mother holding her hand with Minal herself dressed in all the heavy bridal finery. “Happy Mother’s Day my angel” was how Minal captioned her photo.
Javeria Saud
Javeria Saud, like Sanam Baloch, gave a tribute to herself as a mother and also to her own mother (her children’s grandmother) by sharing a family photo showing three generations, with Javeria’s mother, Javeria herself and Javeria’s two children making it to the photo, all dressed in black. Wishing a generalized Happy Mother’s Day, Javeria also prayed in her caption for the well-being of all parents, and a good place in heaven for the ones who have left their children for their heavenly abodes.
