A special court has been set up in Islamabad to hear cases of the Official Secrets Act across the country.
Anti-Terrorism Court No. 1 Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain has been appointed as a judge of the special court. Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain will hear cases under the Official Secrets Act.
The anti-terrorism court has confirmed that there will be only one court across the country under the Official Secrets Act, in-camera proceedings will be held in the court established under the Official Secrets Act.
It should be noted that there is only one court across the country.
