Stepfather arrested for brutal assault on minor in Kallurkot hotel 

A disturbing case of child abuse has surfaced from Kallurkot in Bhakkar district, where a stepfather allegedly subjected a minor boy to violent physical abuse inside a local hotel. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed at the premises.

According to reports, the footage shows the accused, identified as Sajad, brutally assaulting the child. After the video went viral on social media, police quickly took notice and launched immediate action. Authorities registered a case based on a complaint filed by the child’s mother and arrested the suspect shortly afterward.

Rescue teams and police shifted the injured child to the THQ Hospital in Kallurkot for medical treatment. Hospital officials confirmed that the child is now in stable condition and receiving necessary care.

The incident has triggered widespread outrage among residents, who are demanding strict punishment for the accused and stronger protection for children in domestic and public spaces.
