Pakistani actress Nimra Bucha, who is all set to feature in the upcoming Marvel series ‘Ms. Marvel’, shared the project’s trailer on her Instagram on Saturday for her fans to see and also get to know how excited she was for the series to hit the Pakistani cinemas from June 8.
This is how her caption went:
“You will fall in love with her (Kamala Khan), I promise,” she said, alluding to the Muslim female protagonist. Then, quoting a line from the series, Bucha said: “Good is not a thing you are, it is a thing you do!”
Reflecting on her own attachment to the project, the ‘Daam’ fame actress added:
“This series is very close to my heart….it will resonate deeply with so many around the world! Bringing Kamala Khan to a screen near you on June 8th.”
Nimra also tagged OTT platform Disney Plus and the production house Marvel Studios along.
In June, Nimra Bucha’s ‘Kamli’ will also be hitting the cinemas, in which she has performed under the direction of Sarmad Khoosat, with whom she also did the biopic ‘Manto’ back in 2015. Other than this, Nimra Bucha has appeared in multiple Pakistani dramas such as ‘Daam’, ‘Sabz Pari Laal Kabootar’, ‘Mera Yaqeen’, ‘Akhri Station’ and ‘Ek Nazar Meri Taraf’.
