Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has said that there is evidence that Afghan soil is being used to destroy peace in Pakistan.

Regarding the blast in Peshawar, he said that the terrorist was standing in the front row of the mosque.

He said that one of our provinces is currently in a state of war to some extent.

“Law and order will be restored in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” Asif said.

He further said that we want peace in Afghanistan, it was decided in the Doha Agreement that Afghan soil will not be used against anyone, but there is evidence that Afghan soil is being used to destroy peace in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that according to a preliminary investigation, the attack on the mosque in Peshawar was suicidal.

In a statement, Rana Sanaullah said he would investigate how the suicide bomber arrived despite the security.

“Intelligence agencies of neighboring countries are against us,” Rana added.
