Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers staged a protest at Zaman Park, Lahore, over the distribution of tickets in Punjab.
The protesters protested against the denial of ticket to Zaheer Abbas Khokhar from PP-162 Lahore. They demanded that the party ticket be given to Zaheer Abbas Khokhar.
PTI workers of PP-158 Lahore also protested at Zaman Park and opposed the ticket given to Mehr Sharafat Ali, the protesters said that the party ticket should be given to a local leader of PP-158.
On the other hand, party chairman Imran Khan said that the review of applications against ticket distribution will start from today, this process will continue till April 26.
It should be noted that the PTI has finalized its candidates for the Punjab Assembly and has also issued tickets.
