Trump made the remarks during a tele-rally for a Republican ally. He said the US is “winning the battle” and suggested that the situation is moving toward a decisive outcome. He also indicated that a resolution could lead to a decline in global oil prices, which had surged during the recent conflict.

His comments followed a sudden de-escalation between Iran and Israel. Both countries have reportedly paused direct attacks after heavy exchanges of missile strikes and air raids. The cease in fighting came after international pressure and diplomatic intervention from Washington.
