The water level in Sutlej River at Bahawalpur and Bahawalnagar continues to rise.

According to the district administration, the water level at Head Islam in Sutlej River is increasing. The inflow and outflow of water on Head Islam has been recorded at 14,221 cusecs.

The Deputy Commissioner said that the Sutlej River is flowing normally in the limits of Vehari district, while the water level of river Ravi is decreasing at Jasr where the flow of water is being recorded at 24,000 cusecs, the flow of water in Nala Bein is 234 cusecs and 220 cusecs in Nala Deck.

On the other hand, due to the entry of rain water from the upper areas into Sindh, the water situation on the barrages has become normal, the flood will reach Sukkur Barrage in 6 to 7 days, but there is no danger of flooding.

In Jhang, standing crops along the river belt have come under water, the flow of flood relay at Jhang in Chenab River started decreasing, flood water flow passed through Narowal in River Ravi while the flow of water continues to decrease.
