Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Shah Afridi on the winning start of PSL 8 said that we used our bowlers at the right time, which benefited.
After the opening match of PSL 8, Shaheen praised his batsmen.
While talking about the strategy of Lahore Qalandars he said that it was Tahir’s first match and he batted well while Fakhar Zaman also undoubtedly batted well.
On the other hand, Lahore Qalandars fast bowler Haris Rauf said that we tried to put Multan under pressure with dot balls and were successful.
“Multan Sultan started well but we were sure that we would make a comeback,” Shaheen said.
Yesterday, Lahore Qalandars defeated Multan Sultans by one run in the opening match of PSL 8.
Chasing a target of 176 runs, Multan Sultans scored 174 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs whereas; Captain Mohammad Rizwan scored 75 runs.
