Actress Yumna Zaidi will make her feature film debut with “Nayab” an upcoming cricket-based movie.
Zaidi on Wednesday uploaded a minute-long video of the motion poster to Instagram, stating that the concept and creation of the movie are “close” to her heart.
The cricket ball with bullets on the ground, the bat, and the wicket are all zoomed in on in the video uploaded by the Parizaad actor.
Besides Jawed Sheikh and M Fawad Khan, who was most recently seen playing Abdullah in Qatil Haseenaon Ke Naam for Zee5, the movie is directed by Umair Nasir Ali.
Rumina Umair and Umair Irfani are the producers of Nayab. Agnes and David Kenney of Kenneyz Films are executive producers. The screenplay is by Ali Abbas Naqvi, who also wrote Laal Kabootar by Ahmed Ali Akbar and Mansha Pasha.
