Administration smashes lock of Farrukh Habib’s Parliament lodges room

PTI’s 8 legislators returned keys of rooms to administration while some have asked for 2-days time

The process of removing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members from their apartments in the parliament lodges started once the resignations of those individuals were approved.

The lock of PTI leader Farrukh Habib’s room was smashed during the CDA action and items were taken out. Eight members gave the administration the keys to their rooms while others took a break.

The locks of Farrukh Habib’s room, C-303, and other members’ rooms were being smashed in front of the assistant commissioner and magistrate.

The Ladies Police of Islamabad and the Police Station Secretariat of Islamabad were also present during the operation which was started by the management in Parliament Lodges’ C Block.

Eight PTI legislators including former federal minister Shafqat Mehmood reportedly returned the administration the keys to their rooms.

Some of the PTI’s resigned members have asked for two days to return the room keys.
