Director Asad Jabal, known for famous Pakistani dramatic projects such as ‘Fitrat’, ‘Band Khirkiyan’, ‘Parchayeen’, ‘Mera Rab Waris’ and ‘Malal-e-Yar’ is all set to bring a star-studded drama serial for the audience.
Tentatively titled as ‘Pehchaan’, the serial, according to the director, will be starring some notable names including Nadia Khan, Hiba Bukhari, Syed Jibran, Sajida Syed, Mohammed Ahmed, Huma Nawab, Qavi Khan, Nadia Hussain, Mirza Zain Baig, Sohail Sameer and Hajra Khan.
Faysal Manzoor Khan, who has helmed some blockbuster projects such as ‘Ashk’, ‘Mol’ and ‘Tarap’ is acting as its content head. In an exclusive conversation with Minute Mirror, the director also said that the serial was an international project and would hit the television screens after Eid, garnering a prime-time slot for itself.
Being produced under the banner of Momina Duraid Productions, the project will also mark Nadia Khan’s comeback into the drama industry, who left it for a morning show despite doing a few projects between 2017 and 2019; a time period which marked her second comeback into acting after twelve years.
