Capt Safdar calls for transforming country into ‘Asian Tiger’ under Nawaz Sharif’s leadership

Retired Captain Safdar Awan, a leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), asserted on Friday that the nation, under the guidance of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, is poised to become the “Asian Tiger.”

Expressing his views in Mansehra, Awan stated, “Nawaz Sharif holds the key to steering the country towards prosperity.”

He confidently declared that the upcoming leader of the Muslim world and the next prime minister of the country would be the Member of the National Assembly (MNA) from Mansehra.

In a recent critique, Awan strongly criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), attributing economic challenges to the party.

Addressing the media in Mandi Bahauddin, Safdar emphasized the significance of conducting transparent elections for the progress of the country. He asserted, “Transparent polls are essential for the country to move forward.”

The PML-N stalwart stressed that Nawaz Sharif does not support elections marred by rigging. Sharing his perspective on legislation, Safdar noted that only a political party with a two-thirds majority can enact laws.

He commended Nawaz Sharif’s track record, stating, “Nawaz Sharif has a history of pulling the country out of difficult situations.”
