While dairy products are often considered beneficial for health due to their rich content of vitamins, calcium and vitamin D excessive consumption can potentially lead to heart diseases.

Dairy products such as milk, cream, full-fat cheese and butter are a treasure trove of vitamins and minerals that not only keep the skin youthful but also strengthen bones.

However, overconsumption of dairy products including butter, cheese and others can harm the heart because they raise cholesterol levels and contribute to clogged arteries due to the presence of saturated fats increasing the risk of heart disease.

Complete fat dairy products

Dairy products such as milk, cream, full-fat cheese and butter contain significant amounts of saturated fat which can raise cholesterol levels and increase the risk of heart disease. Therefore, it’s advisable to choose low-fat dairy options.

Sweetened condensed milk
