Fire breaks out at Girls High School in Haripur

According to rescue sources, a catastrophic fire erupted at a school due to a short circuit while 500 female students were on the premises. Within seconds, the fire rapidly consumed the entire building, leaving little time for evacuation.

The blaze devastated the school’s infrastructure, reducing furniture, equipment, and vital office papers to ashes. The situation was dire, but prompt action was taken. Upon receiving the emergency call, rescue teams from 1122 swiftly arrived at the scene. With the critical assistance of local residents, they managed to evacuate all the students from the burning building safely. The firefighters then battled the flames and eventually succeeded in extinguishing the fire.

In a separate incident in Dera Ismail Khan, a house fire led to the tragic deaths of two individuals and left five others with severe burn injuries. The fire, which swept through the residence, caused significant destruction and posed a considerable challenge for the rescue teams.

Additionally, in Imamia Colony, a devastating fire in a home resulted in the tragic deaths of two children. The severe blaze caused extensive damage to the house, underscoring the critical need for effective fire safety measures and prompt emergency response.
