Former Azad Kashmir PM Sardar Tanveer Ilyas seeks relief from Islamabad High Court

Former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, has approached the Islamabad High Court seeking relief in a petition filed through his lawyers.

The petition, scheduled for hearing tomorrow, requests the court to provide details of the cases registered against him and to refrain from arresting him in any further cases.

Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, currently on a 3-day physical remand with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), has also sought permission to meet his family during this period. The petition will be heard by Chief Justice Amir Farooq tomorrow, and it is hoped that the court will provide the necessary relief to the former Prime Minister.

It is important to note that Sardar Tanveer Ilyas has been a prominent figure in the political landscape of Azad Kashmir, and his contributions to the region’s development and prosperity are undeniable.
