Hamas has criticized the recent approval by the US House of Representatives of billions of dollars in new military aid to Israel, particularly focusing on strengthening Israeli air defenses. They condemned this support as a violation of international law, stating that it enables the Israeli government to continue aggressive actions against Palestinians in Gaza. Hamas described this move as evidence of American complicity in what they termed as the Israeli occupation army’s “war of extermination” against Palestinians.
Additionally, the US bill allocates over $9 billion to provide humanitarian aid for Gaza and other vulnerable populations globally.
