Famous TikTok star Hareem Shah and her husband were arrested at a Turkish airport with allegedly a huge amount of gold and money.
According to media reports, Hareem Shah and her husband Bilal Shah were arrested at an airport in Turkey.
The two were leaving for Muscat when they were arrested.
They were allegedly arrested by Turkish police after the recovery of a large amount of money and gold from their possession.
Police has taken them into custody for investigation.
Hareem Shah, who along with her husband Bilal had left for Turkey a couple of days ago for vacation, had quite actively shared her pictures and videos from Turkey on social media.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had also sealed Hareem Shah’s accounts in suspicion of her involvement in money-laundering.
Earlier this year in January, FIA had asked banks to freeze Hareem Shah’s accounts on suspicion of money-laundering.
In January, Hareem has released a video on social media showing her with piles of British pounds.
