Hatred towards Muslims has become fashion in India, says Nasirudin Shah

Nasirudin Shah, a renowned and senior Bollywood star, openly expressed his views about the increasing hatred against Muslims who are minorities in India.

According to the actor, who played the role of Protagonist in numerous prominent Bollywood films, “The idea of movements against Muslims has spread in the minds of all Indian people and the recent government has sensitized the thinking of all people even educated people against the Islamophobia and all this should be stopped.”

Shah added that it became a trend in every segment of Indian society to disgust the Muslims even mature Hindus now hate Muslims.

During his interview with the Indian media, Shah accuses the Indian government of Islamophobia.

While expressing his qualmishness towards the increasing hatred for the Muslim community in India, the senior actor said that whether it is films or reality, it completely became a popular trend in the whole country to dislike the Muslims there.

“Whatever is being shown in the Indian films, it is the actual reflection of what is happening currently in the society. And all this is called Islamophobia or hatred against the religion of Islam.”

He further asserted that organized propaganda is being run against Muslims.

Legendary actor raised a question, “If India is a secular country and a democratic system exists here, then why do they engage religion in everything or various aspects of life?”
