The Lahore High Court (LHC) has overturned the decision to deny bail in seven cases involving former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan.
In a written judgment, the LHC stated that Imran Khan was unable to appear in the trial court due to his arrest.
The court criticized the trial court for not adequately evaluating the facts, leading to the nullification of the decision to reject bail for the PTI founder.
It is important to highlight that the trial court will make a decision on the bail applications via video link on February 6, 2024.
