Interior Minister Naqvi visits NADRA center, issues directives for system improvement

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi took proactive measures on Tuesday to enhance the operational efficiency of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Center situated on Zarar Shaheed Road in Lahore Cantonment.

During his visit to the center, the Interior Minister engaged with citizens who were present to obtain various essential documents, including ID cards. Mohsin Naqvi personally inquired about the document acquisition process from the citizens and promptly issued directives to address any issues they encountered.

Furthermore, he conducted an inspection of the facilities available to citizens at the NADRA center, stating the need for continuous improvement.

Specifically, the Home Minister stated the importance of enhancing cleanliness management within the NADRA Center on Zarar Shaheed Road and conversed with individuals at the service counters to gain insights into their experiences. In his address during the visit, Federal Minister Mohsin Naqvi reiterated the government’s commitment to root out any potential malpractice within NADRA, extending the effort to include passport offices as well.

He assured citizens of ongoing efforts to streamline the document issuance process at NADRA centers, prioritizing efficiency and timeliness.
