Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei expressed gratitude to the country’s armed forces for their recent operation against Israel and urged them to focus on continuous military innovation and understanding the enemy’s strategies, as reported by Iran’s official news agency.
Khamenei emphasized that the effectiveness of the operation, measured by the number of missiles launched and their accuracy, was secondary to the demonstration of Iran’s determination and willpower.
The attack by Tehran on April 13 involved over 300 missiles and drones, citing retaliation for Israel’s bombing of its consulate in Syria on April 1.
Recent explosions in Isfahan, reportedly from an Israeli attack, were heard on Friday. Tehran has stated that it does not intend to engage in further retaliation.
