In the video description, Sajjad expressed gratitude to Ustad Salamat Ali Khan for his openness to the idea of reimagining the classic composition.

He humbly described it as a heartfelt attempt, expressing his enduring love for the simplicity and emotional depth of the poetry.

Sajjad Ali is celebrated for his unwavering commitment to quality and his dedicated fan base, which he has cultivated over decades.

His journey began in 1979 at the age of 13, and since then, he has consistently delivered exceptional music to his listeners.

Throughout his career, he has released numerous albums, including “Cinderalla,” “Chahar Balish,” “Rangeen,” and “Wachan.”

In addition to studio albums, Sajjad has contributed to various original soundtracks (OSTs), including those for dramas such as “Mere Khuda,” “Saheliyaan,” and “Meri Beti.” In 2022, he unveiled his latest album, “Aatish.”
