Maryam Nawaz is committed to ensuring a secure atmosphere for US investment

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif affirmed her commitment to creating a secure environment for United States investments in Punjab.

During a meeting with US Ambassador Donald Bloom, Chief Minister Nawaz was praised for her role as the first woman Chief Minister of Punjab and her efforts in implementing projects beneficial to the public.

Ambassador Bloom commended Chief Minister Nawaz for her dedication to public welfare projects and expressed America’s interest in collaborating with the Punjab government to address poverty and promote economic development.

Chief Minister Nawaz stated the longstanding economic relations between the US and Pakistan and expressed a willingness to provide a safe and welcoming environment for US investments in Punjab, particularly in the fields of agriculture, industry, and IT.

She highlighted the potential for investment in Punjab and stressed the importance of a stable government in steering Pakistan out of its economic challenges. Chief Minister Nawaz also noted that government economic policies have been effective in curbing inflation.
