Mega medical camp provides free healthcare to hundreds in Tharparkar Region

Hundreds of individuals suffering from a variety of diseases and infections received free healthcare services, including medications, from specialist doctors during a large-scale medical camp. Over 4,300 people from Tharparkar, Badin, Mirpurkhas, and Umerkot districts were examined by a team of more than twenty doctors at a mega medical camp organized by the Wali Foundation in Waliabad near the historic Naukot Fort.

Wali Khan Nohrio, the organizer of the one-day camp, informed the media that his foundation collaborated closely with officials from the Tharparkar Health Department to arrange the medical camp. The primary objective was to offer essential medical assistance and medications to individuals suffering from various health issues. Nohrio expressed gratitude to all those who supported the organization of such a significant event in a remote area and pledged to continue organizing similar camps in other remote areas of Tharparkar to provide relief to underprivileged individuals.

During the event, twenty doctors provided necessary medications to the examined 4,300 patients. Dr. Sadiq Hussain, Dr. Parkash, Dr. Abida Nohrio, Dr. Sajan Sarang, Dr. Zebunissa, Dr. Mubarak Nohrio, and others, speaking to the media, commended the efforts of the organizer and his team in facilitating them to serve the ailing individuals during the one-day event. They emphasized that such initiatives would significantly alleviate the suffering of those in need of medical treatment and expert consultations for various health issues.
