Lahore: Renowned actress Mehwish Hayat from the Pakistani showbiz industry has stated that she is not mentally prepared for marriage at the moment.
A clip of an old interview of Mehwish Hayat discussing various topics including marriage is currently going viral on social media.
During the program, Mehwish Hayat discussed marriage stating that she has been proposed to multiple times but she did not specify who made the proposals.
She said, “I am not mentally prepared for marriage at the moment. However, whenever I do get married, I will take a break from showbiz for some time. Marriage is a responsibility, so I feel that when I do get married, I should take a break from my work.”
Mehwish further mentioned, “Although I am beautiful, it is also true that men do not make efforts to establish relationships with me. Perhaps it’s because of my personality that men tend to stay away from me, and they don’t try to impress me.”
