Mission to decorate sacrificial animals, children flock to stalls

Islamabad: In the federal capital of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, children have flocked to various stalls to decorate their sacrificial animals.

Some are putting anklets on goats while others are tying bells around their necks. Alongside this, children are also feeling the sadness of parting from their animals after the sacrifice.

Children are busy purchasing various items from stalls to decorate their sacrificial animals, each trying to make their animal look better than the others.

Meanwhile, with only one day left until Eidul Azha, the buying and selling activities in the cattle markets for the grand festival have intensified.

Due to inflation, the prices of animals in the markets have skyrocketed leading to ongoing negotiations and debates between sellers and buyers. In some parts of the market, all the animals have been sold while in others, some sellers are still waiting for customers.
