Earlier, MSF reported that the Israeli army issued evacuation orders for several streets in Khan Younis city, including the location of Nasser Hospital. MSF underscores the difficulty of evacuating the “thousands of people” within the facility due to nearby roads being either “inaccessible or too dangerous” amid clashes between Israeli forces and Palestinian fighters.
