Also, preparations for the upcoming General Election 2024 in district Muzaffargarh have been completed as Deputy Commissioner and District Returning Officer Mian Usman Ali is actively overseeing the arrangements to ensure a smooth electoral process.
Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Mian Usman Ali, a crucial meeting with transporters was convened, presided over by Secretary RT Sana Allah Riaz. Emphasizing the national responsibility associated with elections, Secretary Sana called upon all stakeholders to fulfill their duties, with a specific call for transporters to extend their support to the district administration by ensuring the availability of vehicles.
During the meeting, Secretary Riaz urged transporters to collaborate, assuring them that the district administration would make every effort to provide relief in accordance with the transport plan. He emphasized that if the allocated quota for vehicles in the general election is not met, strict measures may be necessary.
Addressing concerns raised by the transporters, Secretary Riaz affirmed that all issues would be addressed comprehensively, urging them not to worry. The meeting also included a discussion of suggestions put forth by the transporters, fostering a collaborative approach to ensure the success of the electoral process.
