Pakistan and Qatar strengthen ties through joint aerial exercise “Zilzal-II”

The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and the Qatar Emiri Air Force will participate in the joint aerial exercise Zilzal-II, which will take place in Qatar. This exercise, which began in 2020, is known for its complexity in improving interoperability and shared learning among partner countries.

The PAF’s newly integrated J-10C fighter aircraft will square off against Qatar Emiri Air Force’s Eurofighter planes for the first time, demonstrating the PAF’s quick modernization and commitment to retaining a technologically superior and powerful air force.

This participation demonstrates the Pakistan Air Force’s commitment to maintaining a cutting-edge force capable of tackling growing problems and competently safeguarding Pakistan’s airspace.

The exercise facilitates mutual learning, collaboration, and goodwill between the Pakistan Air Force and the Qatar Emiri Air Force, hence contributing to regional stability and security. Through coordinated efforts, the PAF is committed to securing the skies, forging international partnerships, and supporting peace.
