In Spinwam Tehsil of North Waziristan, a mobile health unit was set up thanks to a joint effort by the Pakistan Army and Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL).

This unit provided free medical services to people in the area. The mobile health unit was also established in places near the Pak-Afghan border, including Gulab Khel and Zakir Khel.

Over eight people received free medical treatment at these camps. Special lady doctors were available to cater to the needs of women.

The mobile health unit provided free medicine, ultrasound services, and medical check-ups to those in need.
