PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan made a significant announcement, confirming that the PTI founder has officially chosen Sher Afzal Marwat for the position of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman.
In his media interaction on Tuesday, Barrister Gohar vehemently denied any ongoing negotiations with external parties, stating that they would promptly disclose any such developments to the public.
Expressing optimism, Barrister Gohar highlighted the challenges faced by PTI workers, citing instances of baton charging and unjustified arrests during protests. He expressed hope for the swift release of the PTI founder.
Barrister Gohar criticized the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), alleging baseless detention of the PTI founder. He accused the NAB of targeting PTI leaders while allowing impunity for Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, and Asif Zardari. Barrister Gohar cited instances where FIA and NAB cases against Shehbaz Sharif were dismissed, and Nawaz Sharif received exoneration after NAB cases were nullified.
