Saba Faisal took to Instagram on the weekend to share a photo seemingly from the sets of a drama serial, showing the veteran actress along with Samina Ahmed, Zara Noor Abbas, Sidra Niazi and Ayesha Rajpoot.
The actress herself had not captioned the photo as such, except for tagging her colleagues along, but sources say that it is for an Eid telefilm that the five actresses have teamed up.
Currently, Zara Noor Abbas is playing the role of a matriarch challenging decades-old norms of a feudal society in drama serial “Badshah Begum”. The storyline for this project under production has not been shared yet, but is probably going to be a semi-comedy drama as is usually the case with Eid telefilms.
Fans couldn’t help express their excitement for the project seeing an ensemble cast making it together for its on-screen execution. The majority’s happiness was the result of seeing veterans like Samina Ahmed and Saba Faisal paired up, joined by young sensations, making the project worth the wait for junior and senior viewers alike.
