This year’s Spotify Wrapped is a celebration of the last year. The most popular audio platform in the world is simultaneously revealing the best musicians, songs, and playlists that represented the diverse spectrum of Pakistani fans.
Talha Yunus, Young Stunners, and Asim Azhar were among the local artists on the list in addition to the legendary singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Hasan Raheem, Ali Sethi, and Abdul Hannan all make their Top 10 debuts.
AP Dhillon is leading the list of the most streamed artists in Pakistan this year, followed by Arijit Singh, who is very well-liked. Pritam, Gurinder Gill, Sidhu Moose Wala, The Weekend, and Tanishk Bagchi are some of the other well-known artists who rank among the top streamed music creators.
BTS is a fitting addition to the list considering their devoted fan base and the rising popularity of K-Pop in the country. The boy band, who has established a significant following among local listeners, made it onto the list of Pakistan’s most streamed artists this year.
Excuses by AP Dhillon and Gurinder Gill, as well as Bikhra and Iraaday by Fresh Finds Pakistan artists Hannan and Rovalio, took the second, third, and fourth spots on the list of the country’s most streamed songs, respectively. Shubh finished fifth with No Love.
