According to reports from Houthi-run Al Masira television, the United States and the United Kingdom have conducted air strikes on the port of Ras Issa in Yemen’s Hodeidah province. The alleged strikes coincide with a heightened series of attacks by the rebel group on vessels in the Red Sea, with a notable incident on Friday involving a strike that set a fuel tanker ablaze.
Despite these reports, there has been no official confirmation from the US and UK militaries regarding the alleged air strikes on the port.
