Waqar Zaka suggests harmony, kindness during Muharram

As the month of Muharram approaches, social media influencer Waqar Zaka shares his decision to refrain from all prohibited activities in Islam.

On his Twitter account, Waqar Zaka took the opportunity to enlighten his followers about the significance of specific Islamic months. He emphasized the importance of avoiding certain habits and behaviors during these sacred times, as the consequences for sins are multiplied, and the rewards for good deeds are also multiplied.

Waqar Zaka’s recent video stressed avoiding conflicts, especially during Muharram, the first Islamic month meaning “forbidden.” The Holy Quran mentions four sacred months: Dhu-Al-Qadah, Muharram, Dhu’l-Hijjah, and Rajab. Sinning in these months leads to double punishment, while good deeds yield double rewards (Sahih Al Bukhari, Hadith 4662).

Waqar urged for a positive life, spirituality, and hereafter by refraining from wrongdoing – the choice is ours to make.

In his social media post, Waqar Zaka aimed to spread a positive message, but unfortunately, he faced extreme hatred from some responders.

Nevertheless, some appreciated his efforts in raising awareness among Generation Z. Despite the mixed reactions, he remains committed to promoting positivity and making a difference.
