Electric fans that are inefficient and of poor quality will no longer be manufactured in factories from July 1. Non-standard light bulbs are also prohibited. According to the briefing, energy-saving changes are being adopted across the country, cement, clay, and glass structures have significant maintenance costs, and new building rules are being imposed. All wedding halls and hotels around the country will close at 10 p.m., and markets will close at 8 pm.
The energy-saving plan is about avoiding energy losses and national capital conservation.
